What to include
Your iPhone model and iOS version, the app version (in Settings), what you were doing, and any message the app showed. Please never send passwords or payment-card details.
Subscriptions and refunds
Purchases are handled by Apple. To cancel or change a subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple’s Report a Problem page.
